Brett is a Vice President of Innovation at Maddock Douglas. Previous to joining Maddock Douglas Brett spent nearly 4 years at Research International. There he was Vice President, Idea Architects (the early stage innovation division of RI) which included consumer connection, insight generation, Super Group® ideation and concept development/optimization. While at RI he led innovation projects for such clients as BP, Chase, Kellogg’s, KIA, Kohler, Kraft, LG, Levis, MetLife, Miller, Samsung, Starbucks, Toyota, Unilever, Wal-Mart and Whirlpool to name a few.

Before Research International he was a Vice President at FRANKEL where he led the McDonald’s Concept Development Team. Previous to FRANKEL Brett was Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at DraftWorldwide. Prior to Draft, Brett worked for a number of other premier agencies in including Leo Burnett, Noble & Associates, Design Kitchen and UPSHOT where he led strategic and concept development of high profile marketing initiatives for companies including Philip Morris, United Airlines, Gerber, Motorola, Soft Sheen, Rand McNally, Jim Beam, Coors, and the Coca-Cola company.
