I can especially relate to #4: Innovators see with empathy, because empathy is one of my five strengths. On the surface, it doesn't seem as glamorous as "Ideation" or "Strategic," but it's just as relevant to the process. True innovators are empathetic and (more importantly) know how to utilize that empathy to understand people's needs and find ways to make their lives easier.
