We presently have an innovation program that has been maturing for three years. This past year, we have really been able to focus and deliver some interesting programs that have helped to progress ideas through the lifecycle and also get some ideas funded for discovery and or implementation.

We were thinking about doing some type of annual innovation awards, on categories such as 'favorite idea' based on those that were funded, and favorite innovator.

Does anyone have any opinoins on this type of award, and if it is is a good idea, what is the best way to go about doing it?
